Important: Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. NextOrderAlpha is an educational tool — not a broker, adviser, or signal service.

1General market risk

All trading in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, options, and other instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You should carefully consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance before trading.

2No advice, recommendations, or signals

NextOrderAlpha provides educational, rules-based analytics and documented model states. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, signal, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Regime classifications, MQN and ATR readings, rankings, strategy "model states", coaching, and agent outputs are informational tools — not instructions. We do not know your circumstances and cannot advise you.

3Systematic strategies & playbooks

The SPY and BTC playbooks and similar materials describe rules-based, systematic frameworks for educational purposes. They are not guaranteed to be profitable, are not tailored to you, and may underperform or produce losses. A "model state" such as risk-on, neutral, or stand-aside reflects a systematic calculation only — you decide whether and how to act, and you bear the outcome.

4Cryptocurrency & volatility

Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin are highly volatile, may trade 24/7, can experience extreme drawdowns, and may be subject to evolving regulation. Volatility ("quiet" to "supervolatile") classifications are descriptive, not predictive. Elevated-volatility regimes can produce large and sudden losses.

5Data & AI limitations

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and the data-health view exists precisely because feeds can fail. AI Coach and AI agents can be wrong, incomplete, or produce misleading output, and should never be relied on as the sole basis for a financial decision. Always verify independently.

6Past performance

Past performance and historical regime readings do not guarantee or indicate future results. Historical replay and backward-looking examples are illustrative only. Hypothetical or model-based outcomes have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

7Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any resulting profits or losses. Consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional before acting. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. This disclosure is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
