These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextOrderAlpha website, dashboards, member application, agents, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2The service

NextOrderAlpha provides market-regime dashboards, systematic strategy playbooks, a trading journal, AI coaching, AI trading agents, and related educational tools. The Service presents data, analytics, and rules-based model states for informational and educational purposes only.

• Data and analytics are provided on an "as is" basis and may contain errors, gaps, or delays.
• Model states, regime classifications, and rankings are systematic outputs — not instructions to buy or sell.
• Historical replay and past readings do not predict future results.

3Not financial advice

NextOrderAlpha is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service does not place trades, manage money, or provide personalized recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4Accounts & early access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Some features are released in stages and may be offered in an early-access or preview state, which may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. Early-access features are provided without warranty of any kind.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the Service's data, content, or analytics without permission.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Represent the Service's outputs as personalized financial advice to third parties.

6Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, methodology, and content, is owned by NextOrderAlpha and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or internal trading purposes. Your own uploaded content (e.g. journal entries, rulebooks) remains yours.

7Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

8Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextOrderAlpha and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
